His current leaseholds include “The Office”, an upscale bar in the Market Square/Courthouse area, housed in Mr. Arnold’s 1880 historic building on Main Street and Chaise Lounge in the hot Washington Avenue corridor. Mr Arnold restored, owned and operated the historic Balinese Room Pier in Galveston prior to its destruction by Hurricane Ike. It was 27000 square feet and housed several bar and restaurant concepts.
